Jeffrey G. DiAmico, Esq.

Jeffrey G. DiAmico is a partner of Hill Wallack LLP where he is a member of the firm’s Business & Commercial, Real Estate, Community Association Law and Trusts & Estates Practice Groups.

Mr. DiAmico concentrates his practice on the representation of businesses and individuals with respect to business acquisitions and transactions, commercial and residential real estate purchases, sales, leases and tax appeals, business formation, general business planning and counseling, commercial litigation and community association law. He currently serves on the Zoning Hearing Board in Warwick Township, Bucks County, PA.

He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. In addition, Mr. DiAmico is an active member of the Bucks County Bar Association, currently serving on the Board of Directors and Co-Chair of the Business Law Section.

Graduating cum laude from New England School of Law located in Boston, Massachusetts, he was managing editor of The New England International and Comparative Law Annual, a founding member of the NESL Business Law Center and a recipient of the New England Scholar Award.

Mr. DiAmico is a 1994 graduate of The Pennsylvania State University receiving his B.S. in Administration of Justice, and a minor in Business Administration. He is also a graduate of Archbishop Wood High School, Warminster, Pennsylvania.
